are we selling and do we have a right to do so
Yes we do have a right to
sell, all the content on Ondix belongs to Ondix. All the content
is digital, there are no tangible goods being sold. Since Ondix
owns all the content, it can dispose of it as sees fit. No,
we do not resell the content. No, Ondix is not a third party
processing company. We sell what we have and it is completely
ours. Yes, we do pay royalties to whoever provided that content
for us.
Who owns this stuff?
Yes, we do review all the content
and check the original copyrights, but more often then not
it is impossible to establish the original owner. Our Independent
Content Providers have to follow very strict rules when providing
the content. They cannot upload (read transfer the right to
Ondix) the content that they do not know who the owner is.
Request content to be removed
Since it is hard and often impossible
to know for sure who is the owner, Ondix always will prefer
to stay neutral when it comes to copyrights. If you can prove
that Ondix content in fact belongs to somebody else. We will
remove it from our search immediately and send a letter of
