How does feedback work?
Ondix maintain an Ebay-like
feedback for its users. To get to your feedback go 'extras'
then click on 'feedback'. It is very simple how Ondix calculates
the feedback. Whenever the transaction has taken place and buyer
was logged in as an Ondix user, both that user and whoever posted
the feedback will be given a chance to post a feedback about
each other. When feedback is posted user gets one point. If
feedback is good user gets a plus point, if feedback is negative,
user gets a minus point. Ondix adds up all the points and displays
it next to users name. By clicking on the feedback number you
can see the feedback posted about that user.
Why sometimes I see transaction but
cannot post feedback?
This happens when somebody who
is not logged in as an Ondix user buys your content. Ondix
encourages users to login before they purchase. However, in
many cases it is more important to promote impulsive buying,
then worry about the feedback. We want our users have an easy
2 click purchase experience. This is the chicken or the egg
question. What to you want more money or feedback? If you
have more feedback you will get more money, but if you already
have more money why would you need feedback?
