How do I buy something?
When you found something
that you want to buy, STOP and think whether or not it is something
you want to buy. Review your product again. Read description,
read extra description, check sellers feedback, see he or her
'me' page. When completely sure click on 'buy it'. Once you
click the button Ondix creates a copy of the content for you
purchase, so you would get exactly what you looked at. On the
purchase page you can pick a method of payment: credit card
or paypal.
If you do not see the
'buy it' button, that means the content is free. To access
the actual content click 'download content'.
If you would like to
pay with a credit card, fill out all the required fields (with
a red star) and then click submit. If you credit card goes
through, you will be taken to another page where you can see
your retrieval code and the link to download the actual content.
You will also be send and automatic email-receipt with your
transaction details.
If your credit card does
not go through you will be notified with an error message
at the top of the page. To prevent credit card fraud Ondix
does not accept payments if the address AND v-code do not
match. If you are sure that you type in correct address and
correct security code from the back of your card and it still
does let you through, you should contact your credit card
company and ask them which address they have on file.
If you pay with paypal
the process is a little different. Once you click 'pay via
paypal' you will be taken to paypal's payment page. And when
you complete the payment you will be taken back to ondix page.
During that time Ondix will send an email to your paypal address
with a retrieval code. Use that retrieval code to get your
content. You can enter the retrieval code from the front page
of Ondix.com.
If you do not get an
email please wait. Usually it takes about 2 minutes for emails
to go through, but sometimes servers may be down and it could
take up to 2 hours. If do not get an email within 2 hours
please contact our customer service for help.
Which credit cards are accepted
As of right now Ondix accepts
Visa and Mastercard only
What is a Security Code?
Visa and Mastercard credit cards have a 3-digit security
code (CVV2) found on the back of your credit card. This code
is listed after your credit card number in the signature panel,
and serves as an added security measure.

Yes, paypal is accepted and
is actually more welcome then regular credit cards. Simply
because is simpler, faster, cheaper, and anonymous! We do
not need any of your information, just your email.
Retrieval code and email-receipts help
Technically speaking, in the
perfect world, you should never even need a retrieval code.
The retrieval code is the special code issued to you when
you buy something from Ondix. This code expires 3 days after
the purchase could be used to retrieve a content you purchased.
You can enter the retrieval code right from the main page
of Ondix, just copy and paste the code in the box that says
'retrieval code'.
Whenever you make a purchase
with Ondix. We will send you an email-receipt. In that email
you will find a retrieval code and other details of the transaction.
