Ondix is dedicated to prevent
fraud! Our motto is 'we do not want to fight it, we want to
avoid it'! We took some extreme measures to prevent credit card
fraud. First, we do not process any credit cards unless they
pass address and v-code checks. Statistically that means that
in 99.5% of cases who ever makes the purchase has the actual
card. Second, we maintain the database of bad credit cards and
paypal emails. Whenever purchase is made we run credit card
or paypal email against that database. Transaction is denied
is match is found. Third we review all transactions manually
to unsure credibility.
I want my money back
First, calm down, you probably
will get it back. If you have made your purchase and have
not received what you expected please submit a request
for refund. Ondix will review your transaction, and if
determined that you are entitled for a refund, you will get
one.
Which side is Ondix on
Well, it depends :c) Basically,
if a buyer is a crook that on seller's, if a seller is a crook
than on buyer's.
