Forgot or lost pasword
or username
If you forgot your Ondix
password or login name your best bet is to use this
form to automatically retrieve it. You would need to put
an email you used to register (even if it does not work anymore).
Ondix will attempt to send an email to that email address AND
if you specified an alternative email in your profile to that
email too. Note it is recommended to change your password on
the regular basis.

There is a good chance to recover
your account. Contact
Customer Service and provide your email and secret phrase.
Ask to change your password to something that you would remember.

using computer. Try contacting customer
service, but it is unlikely they will be able to help
you.
